About Me

I have been exposed to various aspects of medicine all my life. My mother was a nurse and this inspired me to follow the healing path. From my teenage years I volunteered in a hospital and worked as a pharmacists assistant. I began to learn that a person must take responsibility for their own heath and well-being. In 2000 I moved from New York to London and was first exposed to complementary medicine through my own doctor on the NHS. This inspired me to learn more about natural medicine and train as a Naturopath.

I trained at The College of Naturopathic Medicine in London and Charles Sturt University in Australia and am a member of the Association of Master Herbalists. I hold a Diploma in Naturopathy, a Diploma in Herbal Medicine a Bachelors of Health Science in Complementary Medicine.

My goal is to help patients achieve a greater health, well-being and lifestyle balance through naturopathic advice and herbal medicine. I believe that too often we find ourselves getting stuck in a trap of ill health. Naturopathy offers a fresh alternative to help achieve positive sustainable change. As a Complementary Therapist I aim to work alongside your GP or current medical provider.
